Billings Symphony Youth Chorale

About Us

New this season is the Billings Symphony Youth Chorale! The Billings Symphony Youth Chorale is an advanced, small ensemble of approximately 25-35 singers, grade 9 and up, dedicated to high-level choral performance. This group focuses on developing strong musicianship, vocal independence, and ensemble sensitivity through challenging repertoire. We expect members to participate int heir school choir program and demonstrate solid sight-reding skills. Prior private voice study is preferred, as it supports the level of individual preparation expected, but it is not required. Singers in BSYC are expected to come prepared, contribute confidently, and engage thoughtfully in the ensemble's musical growth.
