Billings Symphony Youth Repertory Orchestra
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart | Marriage of Figaro Overture
Gustav Mahler | Symphony No. 1, “Titan”
The BSYO’s Repertory Orchestra performs Mozart alongside the Billings Symphony. We then bring the season to a monumental finish with Mahler’s Symphony No. 1. From military marches to folk songs, dance music to animal sounds: everything has its place in Mahler’s symphonic world.
- Witness the Billings Symphony Youth Orchestra's Repertory Orchestra play side-by-side with the Billings Symphony Orchestra in Mozart's Overture of The Marriage of Figaro
- Gustav Mahler's first symphony was composed while he was working as second conductor at the Leipzig City Theatre where he worked from August 1886 to May 1888. Mahler's work at the theatre during this period was often overshadowed by the great public success achieved by rival principal conductor Arthur Nikisch.

Ms. Logan is also on the faculty of the Red Lodge Music Festival. Her chamber music performances with the RLMF faculty and the Yellowstone Chamber Players have been broadcast on NPR’s Performance Today.
