We are delighted to spend an evening with you! Night in the Sky, an exclusive event offering a first glimpse into the Billings Symphony's much-anticipated 75th Anniversary Season. Hosted in the elegant Ponderosa Room of the DoubleTree Hotel (formerly the Petroleum Club), this intimate evening will feature Maestra Anne Harrigan and CEO Mario Lopez as they unveil exciting details about the 75th Anniversary season, including a first look at our outstanding concert lineup and the exceptional guest artists who will grace our stage and define our milestone year.
This exclusive preview will be a celebration of the Symphony's rich history and a glimpse into the future of our musical legacy.
Celebrate with us as we set the tone for a season filled with artistic excellence, cultural enrichment, and extraordinary performances. Night in the Sky will feature live jazz music, delicious hors d’oeuvres (menu below), signature cocktails, and the opportunity to mingle with fellow music lovers as we learn about the incredible artists and performances that will take center stage in our 75th season.
Hors d’oeuvres
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Dip served with homemade tortilla chips
- Pulled Pork Chef Station (house smoked pork, Carolina BBQ sauce, pretzel buns)
- Papas Bravas – salted roasted fingerling potatoes with a Chipotle aioli
- BLT Canapes – bacon jam, cherry tomato, fresh made basil mayo, and arugula on a Pullman toast point
- Chef Made Charcuterie Board – assorted cured meats and artisan cheeses served with grilled breads, assorted crackers, dried fruits, olives, etc.
Dessert
- Pot de Crème – Butterscotch pudding, whipped crème fraiche & shaved dark chocolate
- Tres Leches – chiffon cake soaked in a mixture of sweet milk, topped with Chantilly cream, strawberries, and dulce de leche
