Kelsey Laderriere

Kelsey Laderriere | French Libations

Kelsey Laderriere has been in the wine business for over 15 years. She moved to New York in 2003 to pursue a career in entomology, but immersed in the culture of NY she quickly realized her passion for wine, food, and travel and in 2005 accepted her first role in the wine business with Lauber Imports. In 2011 she moved to Chicago to become Central Division Manager for Pasternak Wine Imports, and became a specialist in selling French wines across the Midwest. Wanting to learn more about the production side of the business and connect with her French family, in 2015 Kelsey moved to France and worked in production at multiple wineries in the Languedoc and finished that year doing a full harvest at Villa Symposia.

It was during her time in France that Kelsey was able to reconnect with two old colleagues and accepted a role as US Managing Partner with French Libation in 2016.  Since then she lives in Denver and travels the US continuing to promote and advocate for French wines, while still taking the time to study insects on the side.

Altitudes Cotes du Roussillon

A burst of dark berries and spice on the nose. Velvety and fresh palate, with nuances of blackcurrant and blackberry licorice. A well-balanced wine with a good length.

$21.95

Famille Gueguen Chablis

Crushed stone and oyster shell offset pretty blossom and white peach in this fresh, lip-smacking Chardonnay. Although slim in
profile, it offers plump pear and Mirabelle flavors lifted by a zesty spine of acidity. Vinified with no oak influence, it's a steely, mineral intense.

$38.95

Domaine du Vieil Orme Sauvignon Blanc

An elegant and aromatic white with great freshness, crisp minerality, and citrus fruit notes. It shows a delicate balance with a long mouthwatering finish.

$29.95

Maison Desprat St Verny Puy de Dome Volcans d'Auvergne Gamay Eruption

Intense and brilliant ruby color. Aromas of red fruits, candied blackberries, with a hint of cinnamon. A fresh and fruity palate very balanced with mineral notes, and a silky finish.

$22.95
